Had a taxi from Bangkok to Pattaya from Mike’s taxi based in Pattaya, very good 1200 Bhat. Arrived at check in power went down, thought well this is a good start. Came on almost immediately. Room on the first / top. Very spacious with new independent A/C. The room it was ok bit tiered needed refurbishment, at £24.00 a night with breakfast can’t complain. Grounds were quite big with a large pool and a 🐕 exercise area with their own pool. Ground’s running down to the beach 🏝️. We arrived to a music festival, not really are a thing as we are older. Luckily we were just far enough away from the beach festival so music not too bad. Pattaya very very busy a bit too busy for us, but I guess it’s something you have to see and experience only here for a few days. Wi-Fi seams to be slow. 3.58 download.

horrible hotel no elevator run down place was there in new year also had to pay 100$ for the new years eve dinner compulsory no choice all the staff finished seafood bbq and drinking like animals our table was taken by somebody else manager drunk eating away bbq no food left for the guest I checked out next day

I stayed here in July. The rooms were comfortable but the bathrooms need to be upgraded or replaced. The drainage pipes were exposed allowing mosquitoes and a stench in the bathroom. So i took a shower cap and taped it over exposure. problem solved. Fleas and mosquitoes were a problem; but to be fair, it is the tropics during rainy season so mosquitoes are inevitable. The pool is nice and restaurant serves very good food, including the wonderful breakfast buffet. This hotel is great for families and pets. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

A great destination if you want to bring your beloved k9 along during a vacation. This place is packed with many accommodations for your furry children and all the staffs are greatly helpful and knowledgeable of their residence. Talking about activities, one of the packages includes free kayaking, barbecue at dinner and a dog’s meal. Our dog requires a BARF meal instead of normally cooked food and this place’s meal impressed our furry daughter’s appetite with flying scores. Not to mention how the staffs are all understanding and pet-friendly. In summary, full marks for any qualifications. We, including our husky’s seal of approval, were content with our vacation.

We booked this hotel at the last minute for a New Year break, as our usual hotel was fully booked. Made the booking online via Agoda and chose their most expensive room, described as STANDARD and requested a double bed. When we arrived we could immediately see why they still had rooms available. The resort must have been quite impressive back in the day, possibly 10-20 years ago. Everything looked like it hadn’t been updated for years and everything looked tired, broken or just worn out. The reception desk informed me our request for a double bed was not possible but we could just push the beds together. I mentioned the online booking had confirmed a double was available and they said we had been “upgraded” to a NEW STANDARD room as a courtesy. I wasn’t 100% sure, but I thought this had been one of their cheapest rooms when I booked. We were shown to the room, which was at the far end of the building, at the back of the hotel, on the third floor with no lift and overlooking a neighbouring roof. The bell boy kindly moved the beds together and rearranged the bedside tables etc. The room was clean and fairly new but very basic, and definitely not to the same standard of the photo of the room we booked. I returned to reception and said as much, and was met with sneers and derision. The manager insisted this was an upgrade, although I showed him it was less than half the price of the room we had booked online. He then said we could see the room we had booked if we preferred. We were shown a very sorry, obviously unused room that was dirty and run down, but looked the same style as the room we had booked originally. I said we would stay where we were put. I then contacted Agoda, but so far they are unable to resolve anything. This hotel is in desperate need of renovating and modernising. I am sure the current owners are just letting the hotel go to rack and ruin. Just look at the badminton courts!
